Mental Setpoints Indicate your Mind and Health

We all come into life with a story. We have parents that lived a certain life, they had a certain thought pattern, certain emotions. They have cerrtain nutritional lifestyles, where they eat a specific diet, they are exposed to specific chemicals.

And all that information gets transferred into the child and develops certain “setpoints”; setpoints – hormonal, transmitter, vitamin and mineral setpoints. You have all these setpoints. And these setpoints determine how you are going to live life, and what kind of health you are going to have. And also your thought patterns have a huge impact on these setpoints.
